Pro Tip: It's hard to overstate how silly overpowered Memory Wipe is...

So... it works *before* you aggro the opposition. Meaning you can be stealthed outside the mission, use it, run in, grab the mission item, run out, mission done perfectly. Count your eddies. All kinds of neat stuff.

Just saying. Tinker with it.

Netrunner build is great for comfortable, stress-free playthroughs. I mean, you can kill armies of enemies via cameras or, with a legendary ping, hiding behind walls pretty far away from the nearest enemy. Or why not combine the two: Hack a camera, ping and kill everything that the camera can see through walls, floors etc.

It's a singleplayer game, there is no such thing as "overpowered".
It's completely up to you if you use this ability or not.

That's a lousy excuse for the failure to even remotely adequately balance the game. It's not the players responsibility to do so, especially not when this requires you to consciously go against the core RPG mechanic, build optimization; becoming the best version of your character. There are plenty of things that are grossly overpowered in the game, and plenty of things that aren't even working. The developer neglect/crappy balancing is detracting from combat...unless you've found your I-Win button and are so vain you prefer this over playing a better balanced game on an easier challenge rating.
