Sometimes, like with this access point, it is necessary to start with something other than the first number in the sequence.

ho never mind found it , i just can t do it atm

ok even when i upgrade my cyberdeck (5+) , i only have a 5 slot buffer on this and i need 6 to be able to hack this access point...
tried with upgraded paraline and arasaka , stats show 12buffer slot but only got 5 on this access point for the quest

You need 6 buffern slot? You have a screenshot?
(I completed it yesterday with the starter deck, common paraline with 4 buffer)

I also did this quest after patch 2.0.1, using the starting cyberdeck.

You don't need a buffer of 6. Three is enough.

You can do it, only with 3 buffers
You can start with whatever value, as long as you finish with the right combination (before buffer is full)
