So basically I pre-ordered the game for PS4 via GAME.co.uk. I ended up having to wait 3 days for it to come after release. I ended up ordering of next day delivery Amazon Prime due to me wanting it super bad.
Once I got my GAME copy I had already finished the prologue in teh Amazon copy. So I sent it back. Problem is I can't get a refund because GAME are not giving them. I never knew this so today I emailed them. They directed me towards the helpmerefund email address for CDPR. I emailed them and they told me that I can get a refund due to my submission to them being after December 21st.
This is annoying and I needed the money badly at the moment. I also have proof that I ordered.it way before the 21st of December. ANY HELP?
