reinstalling gog galaxy

while reinstalling gog galaxy i came across this error
C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\redists\overlay\injected\overlay_injector_x64_Release.exe
An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory:
Movefile failed; code 5.
Access is denied.
im unsure what this means.
i was reinstalling it because i already had version 1.2.10 and it kept prompting me to update to version 1.2.10

Please delete the "GOG.com" folder and try to reinstall the app (running in administrator mode) in a directory other than "Program Files" and "Program Files (x86)". Same goes for the game.
