If you get knocked down during a Sandevistan action, you don't get up at Sandevistan speed, but at normal speed, which doesn't make sense because Sandevistan speeds up your reaction and basically your action speed, but you get up normally. Most likely this is due to the fact that the knockdown is a debuff and it is not tied to sandevistan, and its timer is during the implant is not on real time as the sandevistan, and on game time
