Screenshots don't look like actual gameplay

Hi, new here. I have noticed, that the screenshots look different from what I see in-game, and imo, worse than in-game. When I take a screenshot, it takes a long time. Several seconds, sometimes more and there is visual flickering. The result just looks noticeably different. What's going on here?

Just a guess, but I think it's because Path Tracing (for photo mode) is enabled which could explain why is take several secondes to process and why it doesn't look like in-game.
So disable it in the settings and it should be better

This is it. Thx! It is still processing for a few seconds but the lighting looks the same now in the photo as in-game.
