It's a simple shoot the targets mission where they provide the player a weapon, but sometimes you cant draw the gun.
The only work around i've found so far is to climb something shoulder high, and it forces the gun to draw. However climbing will waste time needed to do the mission.

edit: The Mission can be completed but only if you find somewhere to climb in the last section. Will need a jumping augment.
