How does the new stamina mechanics work with smart weapons?
According to my observations stamina level has no effect on smart weapons. If that's the case, then the 'focus' ability is pretty useless for smart pistols and sniper rifles. And at the same time, when playing with ashura, you still have to keep an eye on stamina because of the guaranteed critical hit from the last skill in the branch.
