First off, I'm really grateful for CDprojekRed for creating this mode so players who are live streaming or just uploading videos to YouTube won't be DMCAed. Just goes to show how much the studio cares for people and it's supporters. Big thumbs up!
With that being said, it's sad that they had to put this into the game, so YouTube and Twitch will be happy with copyrighted music not playing in the game. All this mode does is just change some of the copyrighted music, to something else so players who are streaming the game won't be taken down for copyright. This mode can be enabled/disabled at anytime. Even with this being under fair use, YouTube has shown to not to care at all about it and lets these big companies strike down videos. We all know how YouTube has treated fair use for the past few years. It has not been pretty.
So in short, thank you CDprojekRed for caring for us players and supporters about this whole DMCA mess on video platforms. And a big NO THANK YOU to YouTube and other platforms who do not honor fair use.
