Strictly guessing but, it could very well be that any solution could come with dire repercussions, so careful consideration might be required. Just use Steam to make screenshots for now. Don't know about GOG.
Did you know that on FF7 Remake and Rebirth you cannot make screenshots at all? You can use the game's photo mode to adjust and add things to your liking, but there's no option to take a screenshot.
Wouldn't be surprised if CDPR decides to disable screenshots whenever Ray/Path Tracing is enabled. Looks more and more likely to be the best course of action.
