Suggestion: Fresh Start from act 2 with freedom of choice in skillpoints

Hello,

I just tried to start up a game in Phantom Liberty on PC and there is an option where you can start in ACT2, but there is already some progression, missions like automatic love are already completed and it is just a start to purely dive into PL.

I would love that there is an option to start the game at the start of ACT2, since ACT 1 and the Prologue are very linear and predictable anyways and limit your freedom in the first hours of gameplay.

Is there a way to make this happen?

For me personally, I think the best part to be put in is when you wake up at Vik's clinic after the car chase with Takemura.
