RESOLVED: I tested out a fresh save file and the issue is not present which suggests I have a corrupted save
All smoke collums in the game have an issue where if you move the camera they vanish and appear again. Please see video.
I have fresh installed the game to eliminate the possibility of the issue being mod related. This is a fully fresh installed game with no mods.
Game version 2.01
RTX is not enabled. DLSS disabled the issue persists. There is nothing I can change in video settings to fix the issue.
