I don't know if anyone notice this, but:
I found that if you are wearing an Item that hides the inner torso normally, and use the wardrobe, the inner torso will stay hidden, like in the screenshot:
If you look, I'm wearing a jacket that hides the inner torso, but it's also hiding the wardrobe appearance.
Another thing is, after the transmog, you character will no longer remove clothes when it should, like in the shower and in other occasions.
I think it affects when rogue gives you that jacket as well, but I didn't arrive at that part after the update.
