So I claimed the trousers and headpeice but am not sure how to get them ingame?

From what I find on Cyberpunk site. I think we'll have to wait and access them in Phantom Liberty.
In the information boxes for "Yasha Sniper Rifle", it says "This item can be used by downloading and playing Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty", and also "Do I need to own an edition of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty to receive the Twitch Drops? Yes, the Twitch Drops are exclusive to Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty. The Twitch Drops will appear in your Twitch Inventory after completing the requirements, but you cannot use them in-game unless you own the base game and the expansion of Cyberpunk 2077. ".
That is the only info I could find, also tried opening the game to see if anything shows up, but nothing so far.

Turned out, you can now just load up the game, even base game, and find the items in your stash.
