I cannot see the mission with the little help of my friends nor Queen of the highway, I think I skip when Panam called for that mission days ago and now I can´t see it nor the autosave from that day, what should I do? I want to do that mission and also I got a bug with her in the video calls. ( UPDATE: Don´t skip/ignore when Panam calls you, I did so that was the problem, don´t wait much time in the game or she is gone. )

Sounds like you should load a save game from before the skipped call. And then try not to skip anything, just in case.
