Make Restore apply "doomed" tag to target
I know Restore is not necessarily a problem in the current meta, but I think making it apply a "doomed" tag to its target would prevent its effect from being re-usable with resurrects and make it "future-proof" when new powerful, low-strength SK cards arrive. It can probably even set the target's strength to 10 like it used to without being overpowered. Just a thought.
