Lacerate not doing any damage

As I'm writing this, I'm wondering if it might not simply have been a case of my opponent selecting the incorrect row, but I got hit with a lacerate that didn't do any damage the other day. The animations seemed to be affecting the correct row at the time, although I cannot be a 100% sure. Just in case it is a bug, I wanted to report it here, because I felt bad for my opponent. Here's a screenshot of the board state after the no-damage lacerate occured, if that helps.

Yes, usually lacerate works fine. So I doubt there is a big issue here. The only time I experienced a problem with lacerate was when there was an invisible card on the opponents row (I just couldn't lacerate this row in that case). But that doesn't seem to be the case here.

I'm guessing too the opponent just hit the wrong row. I do that all the time on PS4, so it wouldn't surprise me
