I can't envision CDPR doing what some of you are anticipating. It would result in bans from several countries, and that would unnecessarily hurt sales. Even Rockstar hasn't gone so far.

So what? If people make AO mods, that won’t add to CDPR’s base game rating. The stuff that customers put out is those people’s business.

If games were rated on how people could theoretically mod them after release, Tomb Raider, The Sims, Fallout or Elder Scrolls would never have seen the light of day.

My big wonder is if customizable female genitalia will be a thing or if there will be a layer of pubes censoring it like in Conan Exiles. I think its only fair that if we can increase length or girth for Male V we can choose whether Female V has an innie or an outie. Being naked is more natural than wearing clothes so I don't see the problem, the issue is society has made nature taboo in order to create a schizophrenic cognitive dissonance within mankind.

I'm an adult gamer myself and I would like to see more adult themed games. I'm not saying straight up porn in games per say but games close to rated R movies. The idea that gaming is fundamentally and or only a child's hobby should have died a long time ago.

Not sure how skin works in the cyberuniverse...if "skin" can be any color, what's the point of clothing? Meaning we would become visually accustomed that colors represent clothes and would look past the bits.

Adult content modded into games does alter the game's native rating. No need for consideration in that regard.

As for nudity in general, I doubt we're going to see gratuitous nudity for the sake of it. Yes, I expect strong sexual content, but yes, I expect it to drive the plot and character forward much the same way as it did in TW1-3. In short -- sexuality can be both a powerful manipulative tool...and also a gateway to character vulnerability and endearment. Far cry from including nudity and sexuality for the sake of including it. (Same with violence, for example.)
