Alba Spearmen and Quen. Can the sheilds stack for two?

Hi everyone

Just as the title says. I did a search and didnt find anything. If i cast quen on an Alba Spearmen in my hand, will they have double shields?

In case if anyone was wondering, there was a post in general chat and about my question. They tested it and confirmed they do not stack.

I guess that would be a bit too powerful with double shield Good question anyways. I never thought about how it would work since I very rarely use Quen.

It would probably be too strong for early decks or for players that haven't built their decks up. I think it would be ok for later decks to help counter really strong cards.

I love using quen on my units. Anything to force the player to waste special cards or prevent damage is a plus in my book.
