In some situations, V's arms are stretched forward as if riding a bike, during a conversation. The arms move around according to the direction you are going (in the car with Dexter DeShawn ) When going up or down they even block your entire view! To me this happened in the car with Dexter DeShawn , and at Lizzie's Bar when talking to Evelyn Parker. After walking and going to the separate room, the arms stay normal.
