I discovered a glitch, and I was able to reproduce it. After the Voodoo Boys mission in which you go into the net and meet Alt. After you get out of the ice tub if you choose to pay them back and kill them but DIE, the game reload will render you invincible. You will have to load a save before that to avoid it.
