I fixed it with visiting Misty and telling her that I saw a new tarot. Switch auto-receive calls in the options off first.
Then every missed call appears which caused a new bug with Mr. Hands stuck in the screen in my latest save.
With an other one, seven hours earlier, the songbird notice is still on the screen but calls are able again.

It helped, thanks! First time I also stucked with Mr. Hands on call. Then I reloaded and tried with Misty again, went outside - it was fine this time. Discussed all closed gigs with Mr. Hands and continued with call from Solomon.
