Songbird won’t call

I pre ordered phantom liberty and till now songbird didn’t call me and i claimed
the preorder car, I played for couples hours, deleted and reinstalled the game, tried old save files, went to get the new free cars, skipped time and still no call, I finished the base game 100%

I submitted a request to CDPR about this. Same problem.
The only way I found to fix this is choosing another savefile before completing everything in the game. I used a save file with still some NCPD quests and a secondary quest.
