if you hack laptop and sit to look its content you will be not able to exit it until you complete scripted mission steps.

Also when you pick up key and drugs these two items will respawn. The key respawn quick enough, the drugs respawn on save load.

Not really a bug if you ask me
Checking all the clues in the computer is something that you have to do at this moment.

Yep, they always respawn.
