Bug on mission "I fought the law"

After getting back to Buffalo's and talked to the other detective you call back to Paralezes and agree to meet them in their apartment. The direction tracker on the map then point back to the Red Queens Race. Also on the objective board the still says "Get into Rivers car" and "Find a way into Queens Race". And also... River standing there looking stupid (see attachment).

Have not tried again after the latest updates, but will tell if I manage to get further in this quest.

after the last update 1.06, the bug persists. I solved it by going to the diary and selecting the point of the apartment. After the quest is resolved.

Looks like this doesn't seems to work. I did select the point of the apartment and everytime I get a new objectif it keeps switching back to the red queen's race object.
