Bug on stolen Ancient Foglet and Maerolorn [Nilfgaard Assimilation}

After stealing an Ancient Foglet and playing the top card of the enemy deck with Cantarella, which was a Maerolorn, the Ancient Foglet didn't fire its deathwish ability even though the Maerolorn targeted it for me right away. It's clearly a bug cause it should have triggered the deathwish ability and give me a doomed Foglet on my side. Thanks.

It's not a bug. Maerolorn doesn't work with Ancient Foglet, regardless of stealing it from the opponent. Ancient Foglet actually needs to die to trigger its Deathwish ability, unlike Rotfiend and such. The same issue exists with Dettlaff. If you would trigger his Deathwish with Unseen Elder, nothing happens.
