Bug patch 2.01 quest baby let me take you

Okay so this is my first time doing one of these sorry if I don't do it correctly. I was doing the baby let me take you quest I got the truck back to El Capitan and went to go to talk to him and it will not let me click on any of the dialog auctions it seems like you're still on the phone call with him after getting the truck and when i get to him you still can't communicate with him can't finish quest. I've reloaded it did it. Cleared the cash on that Xbox x and all that still can't take to him.. and you're stuck in the building until you talk to him
