Can't complete achievement 'The Jungle'

So I already finished the game a couple of times and I made all the other achievements related to NCPD scanners and Gigs. I'm missing only this one and I can't find anything in the map.

If it the game is bugged on that (which I don't know) you can force it with steam achievement unlocker (if you use steam)

Otherwise report it as bug. I haven't finished the game so I can't answer that.

It will not afaik. I have tried to test it in the past. Nothing happened.

I'm on PC - Steam. I sent my ticket. I don't know what else to do.
Another guy in the steam forum is having same Issue with Pacifica zone.

Other than loading a previous save game (for example, one shortly before meeting the requirements) I don’t think there‘s much you can do.

Someone told me that sometimes I have to wait because I'm still missing them and they're not spawning

Mines stuck on 95% did anyone manage to resolve this?

For me, talking to this medic/vendor activated the achievement (see attached screenshots).
I already had all police scanner stuff done and finished the game.

Very strange.
