Can't enable DLSS on RTX 3070 after 2.0 patch

As in title. After 2.0 patch I cannot enable DLSS, all options are not active, but before patch DLSS worked on my RTX 3070.
Game reinstalled, drivers reinsatalled few times, acceleration turn on and still nothing. I saw that there was this issue before, but there was no solution.
Any one can help as I'm now missing half of my FPS :/

I have the same issue with my RTX 3060. Also raytracing crashes the game.
