Can't Finish the Gig [On a tight leash] optional objective

On the Gig mission [On a tight leash]

I can't use the computer next to José, which is needed for completing the optional objective.
The computer only shows a black screen, nothing shows up so can't read any messages for finishing the optional objective.

Please FIX

1.) Using any mods, or have you ever used any in the past?

2.) Have you tried restoring to a point before the quest appears in your log and plaything through again?
