fer sure, e3 will have a big reveal and gamescom will bring the playable handson demo to the public.

I think it's definitely possible, but only if they reveal something at E3. If not, I doubt they'd use Gamescom as their big reveal. It would make no sense. It's a much smaller show, for one, so fewer eyes overall, thus less attention.
But if they do reveal something at E3, I'm fairly certain they'll not waste their Gamescom presence by just showing off some Gwent stuff or something.
