Just got a 4080 so obviously my first act was to see how CP2077 would run. First thing I see is a weird cloudy red dome right in the middle of the 2nd intersection you reach when you drive into Pacifica from the main freeway (just after you pass the intersection with the psycho cursin at the cops). It looks like a Marvel scene in which some area effect power creates a dome shaped bubble of energy. The "walls" of the "bubble-dome" have a shifting dirty red fog. It would make for a pretty sweet mysterious special effect if I didn't know that it must be a bug lol! I will try to catch it in a screenshot. Anyone else see anything like it?
