Cyberpsycho Sighting - bug

Hello

I wanted to finish Regina gig on Cyberpsycho and Im stuck on 16/17. After long research I've noticed I'm missing Cyberpsycho Sighting: Demons of War.

Problem is: guy is not spawning and quest aswell (bridge seems to be cleared)... any ideas how to fix this?

Have the same problem on my 2nd playthrough; probably due to receiving that mission twice (probably due to Reginas phone calls being delayed for me).

Yep same issue with too little, too late. Any word with potential fixes or is it another waiting game I wonder?
