I've been trolling the forums and sites to see if this is something that is already resolved, but have yet to find a resolution that works for me.
I have an AMD 3900, 16GB DDR4 3200 RAM, a RTX 2070 Super and running on an M.2 SSD. My issue is while running the game I get 0 GPU utilization, so far to date I have tried the following:
- Uninstalling all GPU drivers and "clean" install all drivers (both in and out of safe mode, also with and without GeForce Experience)
- Changing the hex code from :
None of them seem to resolve the issue, so now I'm asking if anyone has any suggestions how to fix this issue as I have been unable to find a solution to date.

None of them seem to resolve the issue, so now I'm asking if anyone has any suggestions how to fix this issue as I have been unable to find a solution to date.
