Dealing with Wagenburg [3-3]

Wahenburg [3-3] has got 3 strength and also 3 armor.

1. Will Cyprian Wiley be able to banish it [Banish a unit with 3 or less power]?
2. If I used Hjalmar an Craite to banish a unit in my graveyard to damage Wagenburg, would I have to banish a 6 or +6-strength unit to deal with Wagenburg or would a 3-strength unit be enough?

How much damage do you have to do to remove 3 armour and 3 power?

1. Yes. Armour does not add to power, it merely adds defense.
2. A unit with 6 or more power. Hjalmar deals damage rather than outright destroys, so you have to take the armour into account.
