Decided to try a smart weapon to raise netrunner after 2.0

I don't know if this is intended, but when aiming a smart weapon after 2.0 will aim for the heads instead of just spraying. This behavior negates ' Skippy's ' unique ability.

This makes Kappa a very decent stealth pistol, unless the target is a skull, then you need to switch to a power pistol for them.

Skippy will change mode after a few shots (and then it will stay like that). It's part of a small quest.

I know that, but originally Skippy was the only smart weapon that could target anything then center mass.
