Dialogue lingering on "Meet Hanako at Embers"

Meet Hanako at Embers.
"Johnny - Same shit,different assholes ..." lingering on up to and after going to Viks. After patch 1.31.

This looks like something that can happen if Johnny's dialogue was cut off somewhere earlier.

There are AFAIK two known ways to fix this.
1. Find location where dialogue was cut of and let it play out.
2. While playing the game, go to menu, subtitles, disable -> return to game, return to menu, enable subtitles again.

Maybe I'm wrong, but Johnny could say that during "playing for time" in Tom's Diner with Goro.
And maybe also during "The Ballad of Buck Ravers", at the very end of the quest.
