One reason why I side with Net Watch...... knowing the VDB get screwed and die horribly, as they deserve. (avenging Evelyn) The other reason... they see V as a life support system for the bio chip, that's it. I feel, based on all the lying they do, if they could separate V from the chip, V's freedom will look like either ash, or worm food....

This was a really cool character that they killed off too early. I feel like more could have been done with her. I'm on my second play through and it's crazy how short the main story is. Great characters never have a chance to become more.

Like GTA 5, shockingly short story mission except GTA 5 doesnt have any side quests. Once you beat the game there is nothing left to do except filler content like hidden packages.

Well that's the one thing this game does better. Once you hit the point of no return, you may as well head back out there and complete as many side quests as you can to level up your character so you're prepared for your final big mission. And there is a decent amount of those. But then when you finish the game, it encourages you to explore more. If you knocked out all the side quests, there's really nothing left unless you just want to roam around the city.

yes, in my opinion this is the age Eve is. about thirty years old.
it is young but as I wrote; prostitution is a rapidly aging world. nothing to do with wrinkles or other damage of time. men, and women too, prefer "fresh meat".

Yeah, I thought the normal aging process was a thing in the past with how prevalent cyberware is by 2077. Might be another reason why everyone's so fucked-up in this game kind of like in Interview With A Vampire; turns out folks get bored living such lengthy lives.

One of the biggest differences between the rich and the rest in this game is access to health care/medicine. Most people can't afford anti aging things, or even trauma team's lowest teir. Lizzy Wizzie can get her entire body replaced in 5 hours after suiciding on stage, and veterans can't afford healthy cyberware years after the war. V is actually very well off by society's standards, late game hes richer than most execs.

Corpo V only had like 120,000 in their bank account, and they were middle management.

Nope. It's called a game. Not time limit world. Name a game that forces you to complete the entire game. Within a certain amount of time. That is not some sort of time trial. Than when you fail. Erases the save file.

Evelyn has Yorinobu Arasaka as a client, and is therefore presumably one of the most expensive (and highest earning) prostitutes in Night City. In other free mercantile cities in history, for example Venice and London at different periods, the top teir of sex workers were able to earn enough money to become actually rich. So it's not impossible that Evelyn is one of these and has had extensive cosmetic surgery. Her appearance is not necessarily a clue to her age.

it reminds me of a Woman, a schemer, with a tragic fate that has haunt me since my young years of life; Margaretha Geertruida Zelle. better known under the name of "Mata Hari", secret agent for different countries. she too paid a very high price; condemned to be shot by French army. Her body was donated to the science. there are still in the world "items" of his dissected body, collected by collectors with doubtful tastes.
I thought of this woman with Eve. Obviously, everything is different but the background is almost identical. much less in the form.
Margaretha was not the only one. there will always be; the "femme fatale".
