Is there a map that shows the location of all the new events that 1.5 added. Like the police chases and gang fights?

Police chases do not appear on the big map, only the little map while playing and even if you do find one, nothing happens when you Help, I did it a couple of days ago.

Gang fights used to appear on the small map but now they don't.
