Kamelot, Sevendust, Oomph, Nevermore, Epica, Mercenary, Protest the Hero, Iced Earth, Sympohny X etcI'm mostly into metal, but I generally don't mind listening to any genre as long as the music is good. Right now I've actually been listening to The Witcher Soundtrack that came with my copy of the EE and the Battlestar Galactica Soundtracks.

Well, I would say that I listen to almost everything, except for Rap and Country music.Among the bands I listen to are The Beatles, Nightwish, Weird Al Yankovic, Hammerfall, Modest Mouse, Franz Ferdinand, The Tiemlords (the only have one song :D), Kiss, Great Big Sea and many, many more.Usually I don't go by music genre or band, but by songs. I simply listen to songs that I like, despite their genre or band :D :D

Well, at the moment I'm listening to Circle Jerks. Too many favorites but I'll list a few:Cradle of Filth, Dimmu Borgir, Iron Maiden, Iced Earth, Circle Jerks, Exploited, Sham 69, Rancid, Operation Ivy, R.E.M., the Cure, Depeche Mode, KMFDM, Genitorturers, Front 242, Type O Negative, Nine Inch Nails, Testament, Sonic Youth, Marilyn Manson, Unleashed, Siouxsie & the Banshees, Echo & the Bunnymen, Kate Bush, Midnight Syndicate, Nox Arcana, Enya, the Pogues...

I love especially-Freedom Call-Rage-HammerFall-Green Day-Subway to SallyExcept Green Day and HammerFall I saw them all live. (Power)Metal is my favourite genre.

I generally listen to early punk and post-punk on a daily basis. For example today I have mostly been listening to The Sound (UK 80s postpunk), Madame Edwarda and Phaidia (two Japanese 80s posypunk/goth bands), The Plague (dear old mental Margot Day...) and 13th Chime (early 80s britgoth band).Otherwise it might a little Front Line Assembly, Opeth for a metal fix, Khatachurian or Saint-Saens for classical or Alasdair Fraser for 18th century scots fiddle. Now, what music best suits the witcher? I'd plump for Arcana and Dead Can Dance generally for soundtrack music, and maybe early (Dawnrazor or Nephilim era) Fields of the Nephilim for a more rocking tune.
