The game ran like crap until I updated my video drivers. After that, I was easily averaging 60fps. Now, after installing the latest "hotfix" patch, my FPS has tanked to 40 at best, 25 while driving. WTF, CDPR?! Hire some competent developers. Your people suck.
HAHAHA! Turned out the problem was that I actually started the game through GOG Galaxy after updating. Even with the overlay turned off, if you have GOG Galaxy open and try to run CP2077, the game runs like crap. CDPR can't even make their own damn game compatible with their own damn launcher!
