I'm having a lot of frame-rate loss during my gameplay in Dogtown and other areas. My graphics card updated and I didn't have the same problem before Update 2.0. Actually, these things happened from time to time before Phantom Liberty, during Update 2.0. Before that, I haven't faced this kind of frame-rate loss.
I have tested the game both in High and Ultra Graphics Settings and Ray-Tracing Low, High and Ultra Settings.
I added my hardware below, and other games like Starfield, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, and Baldur's Gate 3 are working very well, not a single frame-rate loss.
CPU: i5 11400F
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
Memory: 32GB
Disk: SSD
