I had a conversation with your support (cyberpunk_ops@cdprojektred.com which is no longer available) a few months back about not being able to access the in-game rewards in the Steam version of CP2077. Your support wasn't helpful and disappeared after providing generic instructions on resetting the game install. Not helpful.
Long story short, this rewards issue occurs with v1 and v2 games if you run the game with the "-skipStartScreen" flag.
Please update your support pages around rewards to mention this case explicitly.
