Games flatlines but no solution found 1.06

so I downloaded cyberpunk through steam and when i press the play button it opens the GOG launcher and i select play once more, the game starts and gets to the cdprojektred logo and crashes saying it has flatlined

i have even verified the steam files and have found nothing.

specs: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x eight core
16GB RAM
Nvidia Geforce RTX 2070
