Getting Warmer Japantown Gig Jan13 2021 PS4Pro Bugged

Today is Jan 13 2021. I have one last mission to complete which based off my research is called Getting Warmer. It's the rescue mission in Japantown.
I am playing on the PS4PRO have the latest update as of the day of writing.
When I approach the mission there is no call or mission start. I am unable to enter the building or cause any sort of reaction in anyway. I'd really like to be able to finish this mission because I'm dying to get the Plat for this game but won't be able to until this gets patched.

I did get the call. Try moving/driving around or skipping time in the area or fast travel somewhere and come back to see if that triggers it. Maybe also finish one or two side quests and return to see if you get the call.

That said, I almost couldn't enter the building and to be honest I kind of panicked for a moment but I moved back and forth in front of the door and that like sort of made the door load and I could interact with it and enter the building.
