Ghost Town - Shuts down game

In mission called Ghost Town (Objective - Go to the Raffen Shiv Hideout) V is stuck at drivers seat and when he exits the vehicle game crashes to desktop. Nothing helps, happened 20x, I've run out of patience and quit the game.
I'm not going to replay the entire game just to get stuck elsewhere...
Is there a way to repeat quests?

Reinstalling gpu drivers (as explained in the article) might be worth a try. Also, close every nonessential background app and disable all overlay features.

If you installed a mod for the game it might be best to get rid of it.
