Glitch around PS5 Censorship

I have stumbled into a simple and easily recreatable glitch that allows someone to play Cyberpunk on PS5 with out the usual Censorship underwear. It even allows it through cut-scenes and sex scenes. (i mean full nudity not just looks nude)

I can post detailed information on how to preform this glitch if CDPR would like to get involved.
