Graphical issues after "clouds" section.

Hello everyone.

After the clouds part of the game this is what the screen effects look like-

(I apoligize if I can't post links, not sure)

It makes the game unplayable. Are there any fixes to this? If not, I am posting this in hopes the devs see this. I'm 17 hours in and this is the first time I have to quit playing. I've never encountered this in any game before.

These need to be toned down ASAP.

Whenever seeking technical support, please include:
1.) Your hardware. (PC, Xbox, PS4, etc.) And region.
1a.) Your PC specs, if applicable. (CPU, GPU, OS/version, RAM, SSD/HDD, etc.)
1b.) Your platform, if on PC. (GOG, Steam, Origin, Epic, etc.)
3.) Your version number for your game (1.03 is latest at present.)
4.) A brief description of where the bug occurs in the game.
4a.) The steps to recreate the bug, if applicable. (Some bugs seem totally random.)

Obviously, this works best if you create a text file with all of this info ready to copy-paste.

This is a really bad bug, but restarting fixes it.
