Graphical Bug

Hey Guys I don't know if everyone is facing this but I have reinstalled the game after this issue shown in the following clip and still the issue remains there. Could someone please let me know if they are having the same issue and how to fix it?

Also if you're on PC make sure your drivers are all up to date.
