having trouble with cyberpunk after update 1.50

i i have been having a issue with cyberpunk. the game stopped working for me. i messaged gog on fb and also left a detailed message on the gog forum but have not gotten any response yet.

if someone could please help me out i would be very grateful. i bought the game off amazon but it does not seem to work anymore
i also tried sending a message / submitting a ticket through http://gog.com and it keeps refusing to submit i filled this out 3 times and got the same message each time. i think maybe the problem could possibly of been caused because the last time i logged into gog launcher using my facebook because i forgot my login password. i then did a password recovery and this happened
this is super frustrating because i cannot access the game anymore, and the gog launcher will not let me download it.
can someone please help

On GOG, it's a "bot"
To send a ticket properly (it's weird but it work).
Close every windows from GOG on your browser, clear navigation history and the cache of your browser and clic on this link (if you don't clear the cache nor the navigation history, you will have the "bot" page again). You should have this form.

i just tried this and it asked if i installed through the gog launcher, when i clicked yes it says

We're sorry but we were not able to create a ticket.

i think i figured it out. i am downloading the game now.
